Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's Romantic Track 'Tum Se' Unveiled Ahead of Valentine's Week

Explore the enchanting chemistry between Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the recently released romantic track, “Tum Se,” from the film “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.” This two-minute-45-second music video, dropped by the makers on Friday, captures the blossoming love between Shahid’s robotics expert character and Kriti’s android humanoid robot, Sifra.

The narrative unfolds as Shahid’s character encounters Kriti’s Sifra in a foreign setting, experiencing love at first sight. The music video beautifully showcases their initial date, first kiss, and heartwarming moments, only to take a surprising turn when Shahid discovers Kriti is a robot, leaving the audience in suspense.

Bollywood veteran Dharmendra also graces the video, adding depth to the storyline. Known for his last appearance in Karan Johar’s 2023 film “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” Dharmendra’s presence enhances the overall cinematic experience.

“Tum Se” becomes the perfect Valentine’s Day anthem with its mix of flirtatious moments, steamy romance, and family interactions. Sung by Sachin-Jigar, Raghav Chaitanya, and Varun Jain, the lyrics penned by Indraneel evoke emotions, complemented by occasional live flute sounds by Tejas Vinchurkar.

The love anthem traces the couple’s romantic journey, showcasing pivotal moments like Shahid and Kriti’s haldi ceremony, hinting at their marriage in the film.

Shahid Kapoor shared the music video on Instagram, writing, “Tum Se…kiran dhoop ki #TumSe Song Out Now! Link in bio. #TeriBaatonMeinAisaUljhaJiya in cinemas this Valentine’s week, 9th February 2024.”

Prior to “Tum Se,” three other songs from the film created a buzz among fans. The first, “Laal Peeli Akhiyaan,” resonated with the vibes of Govinda and Raveena Tandon’s 2002 film “Akhiyon Se Goli Maare,” while the second, “Akhiyaan Gulaab,” reimagined Mitraz’s indie song “Gulaab.”

The film, titled “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha,” revolves around the ‘impossible love story’ between a robotics expert (Shahid) and a robot (Kriti). Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film, initially set for an October 2023 release, faced delays but is now set to hit theaters on February 9.
